I ask all my seller clients to get a pre inspection on their property. When you don't do a pre inspection you're giving the buyer an advantage. Negotiating the price before knowing what the repairs will be is risky.

I offer a professional photographer for all of my listings. This will put our best foot forward for buyers, and will get us the most showings. With this includes virtual tour and drone photography in certain homes.

Listing Day has arrived! Your home will go live on many different websites to get the most visibility out to perspective buyers. You'll want your home ready for showings at a moments notice, to get as many buyers through the door as possible.

I support many forms of advertising for my sellers including, and Open House, paper marketing, PinPoint, and Boost by Homespotter. This will allow many buyers to see your home multiple times and peak interest within the community.
